There is a place, over two thousand years ago, where there are things that should not exisist and do. Never should have been created and have. One of those places is the lakkos. The pits. There are fighters here. Pressganged fighters that are ready for blood.
There is a man named Rayvhon. He started all of this. He and his followers from long ago built this place, and he is here to stay. He is an athanatos; and immortal. And he is not alone.
Once and a while, there is a family whose children are born with that gene, a family whose children can never die. It is often passed through the father, and most of those who have the gene are men. But there are women with this gene, and though they are few, they can fight and kill just as well as any man, if they so choose.
And then, there is Kazeielan. The only man ever to fight Rayvhon himself. Once, only once, and Kazeielan did not win that fight. But he is an immortal as well. One of the first three brought here. But he does not know that. He does not know that the gut-wrenching pain almost every night that leaves him unconcious for hours is death. He does not know that he is the only one who brings any hope for anyone, at a great expense to himself.
There are thoughts of escape brewing down in those cages. And he started it all. Kazeielan speaks of a revoloution, one that will free those fighters who have stayed alive long enough to know what he speaks of is possible.
Now, do you have his fire? Do you have that fight that the murmurs are about? Or, do you simply wish to sit back and wait to be killed?
